Dedicated Financial holds grand opening for new office, community space

March 14, 2026

Dedicated Financial celebrated the official opening of its new office and community event space at 18422 Coastal Hwy., Lewes, Feb. 19, with a special reception for clients.

Tony Sciuto, formerly of Little River Band, performed for guests as they enjoyed catering by Greater Good Events in support of Children’s Beach House. Dedicated Financial founder Len Hayduchok enjoyed the opportunity to recognize those who contributed to the reality of this new building through an award presentation.

Visitors were invited to explore the vibrant, modern facility and encouraged to view its Dedicated Space, which was designed not only for client meetings, but also as a gathering place for educational workshops, nonprofit events and community networking. The event included guided tours and a welcome reception, creating an open environment for all to connect and see how the space will contribute to local growth and support. A ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the chamber of commerce is planned in April, bringing together business leaders, community members and local organizations for an inspiring start to a new season.

“Our vision has become reality, and we’re thrilled to establish this inclusive space for retirees, families and local organizations,” said Len Hayduchok, CFP, CEO of Dedicated Financial. “This office is designed not just for professional financial guidance but as a launchpad for collaboration, learning and mutual support within our community.

“We built this space to foster relationships and empower growth. We look forward to working closely with local organizations and nonprofits to enrich life in Sussex County for years to come,” added Hayduchok.
